Takimotokan Yuki No Sato, Yoro (Gifu)

The kaiseki dinner at Takimotokan Yuki No Sato was a feast for the senses. The use of local and seasonal ingredients resulted in extraordinary dishes, such as the A5 Hida Beef Chateaubriand grilled over a slab of Himalayan salt. This experience was a culinary journey that I will cherish, and I couldn't resist a second helping of the bamboo shoots mixed rice. Truly lovely!

Staying in the Kangetsu room was an absolute treat. With a spacious 60.5m^2 layout, an in-room open-air onsen bath, and amazing panoramic views of nature, it was the perfect place to relax. The fast internet was an added bonus, making the stay more convenient. I loved having a separate living area that enhanced my experience.

The onsen facilities at Yuki No Sato were heavenly! I particularly enjoyed the public bath, which had both indoor and outdoor sections. Even though small, it provided a peaceful retreat with stunning views. I often found myself thinking about how charming it was, especially enjoying a soak after a long day of exploring nearby attractions.

The design of the in-room onsen bath was just nice. Bathing outdoors while surrounded by the natural beauty of the mountains was a tranquil experience. The hot water felt rejuvenating, and it allowed me to relax in privacy, making it one of the highlights of my stay. This feature truly elevated the ryokan experience for me.
